Each Kit is includes:
2 cups (300 g) Non-GMO Laura’s soybeans
9 Tbsp (~130 g) Japanese nigari sea salt
3 cups (567 g) freeze-dried rice koji
1 Jar of Sonoko’s unpasteurized live miso
Sonoko’s Instant Umami Mushroom Powder
To ensure delivery prior to the workshop date, all kit purchases must be made by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026. Kits will remain available for purchase following this date; however, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed for kits purchased after Monday, February 2, 2026
