New from Sonoko’s pantry, the Pumpkin Crumble Muffin Mix invites subtle new flavors to a popular classic. Flavors of molasses, orange zest, and chopped walnuts will accentuate these coconut-milk-and-oil based treats. They also just so happen to be vegan! Package yields 12 muffins.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
A band-blended muffin mix made with Sonoko Curry Powder. One box contains enough mix for a batch of 12 muffins. Just add a few other ingredients to complete this batter, everything else is already in the bag!
This mix makes a moist, tasty muffin with a tender crumb. Developed in collaboration with Daniela Swamp, this recipe takes “pumpkin spice” to a whole other level.
