Date: Friday, August 1, 2025
Time: 10:00AM to 1:00PM PST
Location: Zoom link will be provided after sign-up, along with recipes, ingredient list, and instructions, so you can do some prepping in advance.
On the menu:
I will show you how to make homemade soba from scratch. You can purchase ingredients on your own or buy my custom cooking kit curated for this workshop. Please order your kits by July 8, 2025 to allow enough delivery time for the kit to arrive before the workshop.
🍜 Soba with Dipping Sauce
🥚 Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette): You can use any nonstick pan to cook this, but for those who are interested in purchasing a Japanese tamagoyaki pan, I recommend this one from Hitachiya USA.
