On the Menu: Soba 2 Ways:
Traditional Soba with two sauces: goma dare (sesame tare) and mentsuyu.
Hand-cut soba noodles with Swiss chard, pine nuts, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
A homemade appetizer and a seasonal dessert will be served with the tasting meal, along with a non-alcoholic infused tea.
