Each Soba Kit is includes:

• 1 lb Sobakoh Buckwheat Flour - Nihachi Blend Buckwheat Flour (80% Japanese stonemilled buckwheat and 20% all-purpose flour)

• 1/2 lb Uchiko (buckwheat dusting flour)

• 1 Classic Dashi Set

  • 1 piece kombu seaweed

  • 2 dried shiitake mushrooms

  • 20 g bonito flakes

Don’t need the full kit but still looking for some wonderful buckwheat flour? I am offering my specially sourced Japanese slow-milled buckwheat flour as a stand-alone product, too.
