Each Soba Kit is includes:
1 lb Sobakoh Buckwheat Flour - Nihachi Blend Buckwheat Flour (80% Japanese stonemilled buckwheat and 20% all-purpose flour)
1/2 lb Uchiko (buckwheat dusting flour)
1 Classic Dashi Set
1 piece kombu seaweed
2 dried shiitake mushrooms
20 g bonito flakes
To ensure delivery prior to the workshop date, all kit purchases should be made by October 9, 2025. Kits will remain available for purchase following this date, however, timely delivery cannot be ensured for kits purchased after October 9, 2025.
Don’t need the full kit but still looking for some wonderful buckwheat flour? I am offering my specially sourced Japanese slow-milled buckwheat flour as a stand-alone product, too.
