KIT: Soba in the Summer Virtual Cooking Workshop Ingredient Kit

Each Summer Soba Kit is includes:

• 454 g (16 oz) Buckwheat Sobakoh Flour

• 225 g (8 oz) Uchiko (buckwheat dusting flour)

• 1 Classic Dashi Set

  • 1 piece kombu seaweed

  • 2 dried shiitake mushrooms

  • 40 g (4 cups) bonito flakes

To ensure delivery prior to the workshop date, all kit purchases should be made by July 8th, 2025. Kits will remain available for purchase following this date, however, timely delivery cannot be ensured for kits purchased after July 8th, 2025.

Don’t need the full kit but still looking for some wonderful buckwheat flour? I am offering my specially sourced Japanese slow-milled buckwheat flour as a stand-alone product, too.
