Each Summer Soba Kit is includes:
454 g (16 oz) Buckwheat Sobakoh Flour
225 g (8 oz) Uchiko (buckwheat dusting flour)
1 Classic Dashi Set
1 piece kombu seaweed
2 dried shiitake mushrooms
40 g (4 cups) bonito flakes
To ensure delivery prior to the workshop date, all kit purchases should be made by July 18th, 2025. Kits will remain available for purchase following this date, however, timely delivery cannot be ensured for kits purchased after July 18th, 2025.
Don’t need the full kit but still looking for some wonderful buckwheat flour? I am offering my specially sourced Japanese slow-milled buckwheat flour as a stand-alone product, too.
