Sonoko Sakai is a cooking teacher, food writer, author and producer based in Los Angeles and Tehachapi, California. She is passionate about Japanese food and is a grain activist as well as a maestro at soba making. Sonoko runs cooking workshops in her home and has written several cookbooks.
