All orders must be picked up by 1:30pm. After 1:30pm any unclaimed orders will be donated or discarded at the purchaser’s expense.
Purchase includes 1 pint jar full of fresh water kimchi.
Water kimchi is a mild, but flavorful quick kimchi full of crunchy fresh produce like Napa cabbage, carrots, daikon radish, and fuji apple. The pickling liquid is flavored with ginger, shio koji, a bit of rice vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and finely chopped garlic. The result is an aromatic and slurp-able broth.
To serve: Keep cold in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve cold with ice cubes. Option to serve with cooked, ice-shocked somen noodles. Should be enjoyed like a cold soup, with the brine being sipped or spooned from a bowl as you eat the vegetables.
Consume within 4 days of picking-up. Refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
